Rosemary Caruso is experienced with all aspects of Wills and Estates. And with an academic background combining Law with Engineering, Rosemary’s analytical mind opens her to solutions outside the norm.

Rosemary has also been involved in a number of complex matters, applications for grants of probate, letters of administration where there was no will, infant beneficiaries where there was no executor and residuary beneficiaries named on a home made will.
Having practiced for many years as a Family Lawyer, Rosemary knows how to take a step back from am emotional situation, and apply calm assessment and rational solutions to estate disputes.
Rosemary places a special emphasis on reaching negotiated resolutions in estate disputes to save her clients from the pain and expense of a long fight in a courtroom.
