Diana Dichiera

Diana Dichiera’s focus on children’s issues and property settlements has seen her tackle widely varying challenges, within a constantly evolving legislative framework.

With a true passion for practicing in Family Law, Diana derives her greatest satisfaction from helping reunite parents with their children. Diana has assisted grandparents and other relations to become primary carers when parents are in crisis. She has also helped to resolve questions of care in cases of abuse and neglect.

Diana represents people who need to make urgent court applications. Those requiring advice on the processes of separation and divorce also turn to her. So too do parents struggling to reach agreement on time arrangements with children.

Diana’s experience with property settlements has involved marriages as short as three months and as long as 51 years. She has helped to settle asset pools ranging from $70,000 up to $1.3 million.

Her advice for married, de facto and samesex couples who are entering relationships has aided them to agree on protection of their assets.

Diana brings to her work an ability to sympathise with clients and recognise where a compromise is possible, while also standing firm to fight for the best possible outcome.
