TGB & SWAAB ANNOUNCE CROSS-BORDER INSOLVENCY SOLUTION
19 May 2009: Adelaide law firm Tindall Gask Bentley (TGB) and Sydney law firm Swaab Attorneys have put in place a cross-border insolvency solution to provide insolvency practitioners with cross-jurisdictional representation in both NSW and SA.
The two law firms will work together to provide an innovative and cost-effective solution for insolvency matters that span both New South Wales and South Australia. The firms will be able to deliver a seamless service whereby insolvency practitioners will be able to access the knowledge and expertise of both jurisdictions, using one point of contact. This will enable those insolvency practitioners to provide a timely and comprehensive service drawing on experience in both states, with the confidence of knowing that they have the backing of experts in both those states.
